Jerusalem Catering is under the strict Kosher supervision of the Star-K. We have a full-time mashgiach in the kitchen who checks and washes all vegetables along with ensuring that all kosher standards are adhered to. Any food items that are produced in this facility are all Cholov Yisroel, Pas Yisroel and Bishul Yisroel.
